The Institute of Philippine Culture (IPC) together with the Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (DOST-PCHRD) invites you to the webinar, “Changing Health Belief Models and Behaviors (Part 2).” This webinar seeks to discuss behavior change models in health, citing the strengths and weaknesses, using COVID-19 prevention measures as case examples. This webinar will emphasize the need for a broader understanding of behavior as it relates to culture, politics, and economy if COVID-19 is to be controlled. The resource person is Dr. Regina M. Hechanova, Professor of Psychology at the School of Social Sciences, Ateneo de Manila University.
