Speakers include Dr. Ramesh Chand, Member of the National Institution for Transforming India Aayog, Government of India, and Dr. Judy Taguiwalo, Professorial Lecturer at the College of Social Work and Community Development of the University of the Philippines Diliman and former Secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development of the Philippines.
The session will be moderated by Dr. Madhushree Sekher, Professor at the Centre for the Study of Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policies of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. We will also be joined by Dr. Arvind Virmani, Chairperson of the Foundation for Economic Growth and Welfare, and Dr. Rosalinda Ofreneo, Professor Emeritus at the College of Social Work and Community Development of the University of the Philippines Diliman, as reactors.
