DOST-SEI launches coffee table book, “Ripples: Transformations Beyond Science”

The Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) invites you to the launch of the DOST-SEI Coffee Table Book project, entitled “Ripples: Transformations Beyond Science”, featuring its past participants and program beneficiaries.
The Philippine Social Science Council (PSSC) conducted a collaborative study with the Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) entitled “Most Significant Change (MSC) Stories of Beneficiaries of the DOST-SEI Programs and Projects: A Qualitative Study”. This project aims to document factors relative to the success of previous DOST-SEI program beneficiaries using the case study approach.
In line with this, PSSC and the DOST-SEI have decided to rewrite the case studies into an abridged version for a coffee table book to be released alongside DOST’s Science Week. The coffee table book aims to create a material that captures and effectively communicates the most significant change stories of DOST-SEI’s program beneficiaries.
