Media Freedom in the Time of Pandemic

On September 3, 2020, the University of the Philippines College of Mass Communication Foundation Inc. (UPCMCFI), in cooperation with the Philippine Press Institute (PPI) and the Philippine Social Science Council (PSSC) and with the support of the Nickel Asia Corporation, organized a webinar on Media Freedom in the Time of Pandemic.
Speakers include Prof. Danilo A. Arao, Associate Professor at the Department of Journalism, UP College of Mass Communication, Ms. Carolyn O. Arguillas, Editor-in-Chief of MindaNews, and Ms. Tess Bacalla, former Executive Director of the Southeast Asian Press Alliance and a journalist for the Business World Publishing Corporation.
